In a recent project, Random Wave assisted in constructing a five-year projection based upon historical financial statements and interviews with operational stakeholders.

Once completed, Random Wave assisted the company in developing a month-end close process that incorporated a budget to actual comparison before financial statement issuance. This in-depth process created department ownership of the financials along with greater fidelity of the monthly financial statements.
